Claims
If you’ve experienced an accident or loss, we’re here to help you navigate the claims process as smoothly as possible.
As your independent insurance agency, our role is to guide you, answer questions, and help ensure you’re connected with the right claims resources.
First — Should You File a Claim?
Before submitting a claim, it’s important to understand that not every situation is the same.
- If anyone may have been injured, you should report the claim promptly to your insurance carrier.
- If the loss involves property damage only, there may be situations where reviewing your options first makes sense.
If you’re unsure, we strongly recommend reviewing the information on our Read This First page before moving forward.
