In 2026, our agency is working toward a shared team goal of 800 total account rounds, across Personal Lines and Commercial Lines.

This goal is designed to:

• Celebrate overall agency momentum

• Encourage collaboration across teams

• Track progress in a simple, transparent way

Individual production incentives and commission structures remain unchanged — this is a team-focused milestone we work toward together.

How We Track Progress

Account rounds are reviewed and confirmed monthly to ensure accuracy and consistency across teams and agencies. Because new business reporting requires cleanup and verification, totals are not updated in real time.

This approach allows us to:

• Ensure reliable numbers

• Avoid duplicate or inconsistent entries

• Share progress with confidence

Monthly status updates will be shared with the team after each reporting cycle.

Team Milestones & Celebrations

To keep momentum going throughout the year, we’ll celebrate cumulative milestone achievements along the way:

• 🎯 200 account rounds – End of Q1

• 🎯 400 account rounds – End of Q2

• 🎯 600 account rounds – End of Q3

• 🏆 800 account rounds – Year-End Goal

Quarterly milestones will be recognized with team-based celebrations or rewards.
If we reach our annual goal of 800, we’ll celebrate together with a special agency-wide experience.
